Dutch Baby
Dutch Baby comes from, you didn't guess it, Seattle, Washington! It was invented in 1900-1910 by german chef Victor Manca. Dutch Baby has many veriaties of being made and has evolutionized over the centuries. Your getting force feed the lemon sugar version. The first Dutch Baby's that where served at Manca’s Cafe were 3 small portions.

Serve
Beat the Eggs
Melt the Butter
Set Oven to Preheat at 450° F

You shall now eat!
Guten Appetit!
And serve immedietly to EAT!!!
Add to Skillet
Add butter to the skillet and melt, swirling to coat. Then add batter and immediately return to oven. Bake until puffed and/or golden brown.
Preheat Oven.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit. Then place 10-inch cast-iron skillet on the middle rack of the oven.
Then Everything Else
Beat the eggs with an electric mixer at high until pale and frothy. Then beat the milk, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt until batter is smooth. (PS. Batter will be thin.)
