Digital health should not be a wall that separates us, but a bridge that brings us closer. True ethical innovation lies not in the complexity of the code or the power of artificial intelligence, but in its capacity to democratize compassion. If technological advances only serve those who already have access, we will have failed in the basic principle of justice; but if we succeed in making technology a tool for global equity, we will transform cold digital data into an act of profoundly human and universal care.

Digital health worldwide is guided by ethical frameworks designed to ensure that technology improves well-being without exacerbating existing inequalities
