Manage a candidate in the Hiring Manager Review StageClick anywhere to start.

When a candidate requires your review, you can complete the action on either the Dashboard or in the specific job opening's Overview page. In this example, you will see the actions done on the specific opening.

When an applicant is ready for your initial review, click the GM Review stage under your Action items.

Before choosing to advance or reject the candidate, click their name to review their Applicant Profile.

Scroll down to review more information from their application.

The candidate completed a video interview. Click the play icon to review their recorded video answers for each interview question.

Once you have reviewed each video, click Close.

Continue scrolling down to review the rest of their profile including answers to work availability questions and more.

When you have completed your review, choose to Advance the candidate to the interview stage or reject them. In this example, click Advance.

Great work! The candidate will now be able to schedule their interview based on the hosts availability.
