Client Entry

  • Creates login and basic profile (address, contact details, services/products) and advisor is assigned
  • Enters CSBD program via intake form
  • Initial information is captured and baseline needs identified

Readiness Pathway

  • Client entry initiates advisor management
  • Advisors guide onboarding and readiness development
  • Advisors assess progress and assign training as needed
  • Clients decide if they want to become a Pre-Vendor
  • All clients complete system/platform, and CSBD onboarding training

Vendor Readiness Development

  • Pre-Vendors complete required and/or recommended readiness training based on advisor guidance and client meetings to achieve readiness
  • Training may include LMS courses, in-person or hybrid sessions, college courses, and partner trainings
  • SkillBridge and advisors support data entry and verification as needed beyond client self-uploads
  • Clients cycle in this stage until requirements are met
  • LMS data should integrate with the Vendor Hub to reflect progress through automated updates or APIs
  • The LMS is not included in the MVP for this RFP

CSBD Clients

  • The Vendor pathway is an optional CSBD service
  • Clients may choose to participate in the Vendor pathway or receive standard CSBD advising services
  • Clients not in the Vendor pathway continue to receive full CSBD support as usual
  • Clients may opt out of the Vendor pathway at any time and still retain access to advisor support, training, and all CSBD services

Progress Tracking

  • Progress is tracked across defined stages, showing completed, outstanding, and support needs
  • Clients and advisors can track and review readiness progress
  • Readiness is reviewed and confirmed against established criteria (not self-declared)
  • If criteria are not met, the client and advisor update the pathway and continue development
  • Once milestones are met, advisors nominate clients for Vendor Hub entry

Vendor Hub

  • Transition from readiness to verified vendor status
  • Vendor profile creation, management, and maintenance
  • Document upload for compliance (client and advisor supported)
  • Receive updates and alerts from CSBD
  • Ongoing engagement and advanced training requirements to maintain vendor status
  • Visibility in the Discovery Tool is based on criteria met

Project Manager

  • Oversees the overall health of the platform
  • Reviews advisor-nominated clients for readiness verification
  • Confirms whether clients meet requirements for Discovery Tool eligibility
  • Approves and activates vendor visibility in the Discovery Tool
  • If criteria are not met, returns the client to the advisor with guidance for next steps in the readiness pathway

Procurement Entities

  • Approved Vendor profiles will be searchable in Discovery Tool
  • Includes CNO Procurement and any external entity seeking CSBD-verified, Choctaw member-owned businesses.
  • CNO Procurement may use Discovery Tool search results in accordance with their established procedures.
