ODBC Setup Configuration

The new wholegood finance value field requires users of ODBC reporting to update their ODBC configuration to support 300 columns. This update is required to ensure existing reports continue to run without errors, even if the new field is not used.

Please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Confirm your version of Excel and ODBC by opening Excel and clicking File > Account > About Excel. Your version will state 32-bit or 64-bit.
  2. Open the ODBC Data Source Administrator by selecting Start and searching for ODBC. Select the version to match your version of Excel (32-bit or 64-bit).
