2026 Spring Formal - (Juniors and Seniors)
This year's Spring Formals will be held from 6pm-10pm on Friday, May 15th at five locations across Pennsylvania.
The cost is $60 per ticket. The student loyalty discount program will be applied to the CCA student ticket. The ticket price includes a buffet-style dinner (salad, entrée(s), dessert, and beverages), professional digital photos, a keepsake, and an evening of entertainment.
CCA students may bring ONE guest. Guests must be at least in ninth grade and under 21 years of age.
The deadline for registration and payment is Friday, April 24, 2026.
