If you have a very packed agenda, it can be very helpful to plan out how many minutes you will spend on each topic. You can either add (x min) or the exact time slot (10:00 - 10:15) after each topic header to help you stay on track during the meeting, and make sure the meeting length is appropriate for your agenda.
The left column, Topic, has templated options for you to follow, but please delete, add, and adjust rows to suit your meeting. This is meant to be a loose framework to guide you to introduce the meeting, decide on key topics, and recap/close out the meeting.
The middle column, Notes, is open for you to take notes on that specific topic. When planning the agenda, you can jot down notes for specific items you want to cover within each topic, but it's also okay to leave this blank.
The right column, Next Steps, should be completed during the meeting.
