Choosing the Right Communication Method

Not every situation should be handled the same way. ACE leaders must think about the situation and decide whether an email, phone call, or in-person communication is the best option. Choosing the right communication method helps prevent misunderstandings, improves relationships. Click each card below to determine which communication is most appropriate.
