Day One

Day 1 launched the sprint with a focus on connecting organizational purpose, people, and performance. Participants engaged in immersive sessions with senior leaders, explored the Seagate ecosystem, and reflected on leadership toolkits and business acumen.

  • Leadership Toolkit: Practical tools (AAR, Leader's Intent, etc.) and frameworks for immediate application in management roles.
  • Executive Insights: Direct engagement with leaders like Scott Sill, Case Thomas, and BS Teh provided strategic perspectives on driving revenue and operational excellence.
  • Enterprise Understanding: Exposure to different functions and workflows fostered a holistic view of Seagate’s business.

Day Two

Day 2 emphasized enterprise workflow, operational excellence, and influence. Participants experienced site immersion, learned about Seagate’s global footprint, and practiced upward influence and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Influence & Communication: Workshops on influencing upward, the Pyramid Principle, and healthy debate fostered leadership growth.

Day Three

Day 3 focused on compensation strategy, quality, operations, and executive presence. Participants learned about Seagate’s rewards framework, operational playbook, and communication strategies, culminating in site immersion and small group dinners.

Day Four
  • Leadership Blueprint: Sessions on building future-ready leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Innovation: Exploration of risk and reward in innovation, led by senior executives.
  • CEO Engagement: Fireside chat with Dave Mosley provided candid insights into Seagate’s direction and leadership philosophy.

Day 4 wrapped up the sprint with future-focused leadership, innovation, and a fireside chat with the CEO. Participants reflected on risk, reward, and strategic decision-making, and set the stage for ongoing momentum
