Learners give their feedback on the course (eg. tech issues, content-related questions) in the discussion forum, and we help to address them in collaboration with CAs.
Start
STEP 1: Click "View live" button on the top
STEP 2: Click "Discussion" button on the top, and you will be directed to the discussion forum page
STEP 3: You can click into each thread to see detailed posts from learners.
All threads are sorted based on time they are posted.
You will be navigated to Item Feedback page

Step 5: Move/hover your mouse to the discussion post, and you will see "Add response" button. Click this button to write your reply to the learner.
