• Select “Declined to Give Secondary” checkbox from the Primary's contact subtab:

• Decline date now displays:

• If a secondary contact is added later, the prior decline selection is automatically removed.
• If a secondary contact already exists and you attempt to decline, an alert displays: “Secondary already exists.”

When should I offer to add a secondary contact?

• If the decline occurred less than six months ago: Do not ask again.
• If the decline occurred six months or more ago: You may offer to add a secondary contact.
