Thank you for saying yes to serving. This role carries both spiritual influence and a deep sense of responsibility. Through your involvement, you are helping to create spaces where women can encounter God, receive support, and experience meaningful transformation.

OUR VISION

We exist to: * Facilitate the move of God in women’s lives * Encourage spiritual depth through consistent practices * Create transformational encounters with God * Build strong, Christ-centred community

AS A VOLUNTEER:

* Creating space, not pressure * Guiding conversations, not controlling them * Supporting growth, not forcing outcomes * Pointing women back to God—not yourself

TWO KEY ROLES

Mentors:

* Provide 1:1 support * Encourage personal growth * Offer guidance rooted in Scripture

Circle Leaders:

* Lead group sessions * Facilitate discussion * Build community

Mentor:

Mentors are responsible for: * Holding 1:1 structured sessions (2x monthly) * Listening with empathy and patience * Asking intentional, reflective questions * Offering simple, relevant Scripture encouragement * Supporting accountability and growth * Maintaining clear emotional and spiritual boundaries

Circle Leader:

Circle Leaders are responsible for: * Preparing and leading structured sessions * Guiding discussion using Scripture or book content * Encouraging participation from all members * Managing group dynamics (quiet vs dominant voices) * Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment * Keeping sessions aligned with time and structure

SAFEGUARDING PRINCIPLE

Spiritual care must always be safe care This means: * Every woman must feel safe, respected, and supported * We protect both spiritual and emotional wellbeing * Safety always comes before “ministry moments”
