The 3 WIP Board Types: Features and Management
The WIP Boards Library is where all available boards are displayed, organised into three sections:
- My Boards: This section holds all the boards that you have created. You can edit, duplicate and delete boards you have created.
- System Boards: This section holds the 2 static boards provided by Ibcos. You can only duplicate them, not edit or delete.
- Shared Boards: This section holds all the boards that others have created and marked for public viewing. You can only duplicate them, not edit or delete.

Managing My Boards
The My Boards section contains boards that you have created yourself. These boards are private to you unless you choose to share them with other users.
The WIP Boards Library is where all available boards are displayed, organised into three sections:
Edit a Board:
1. Locate the board in My Boards.
2. Open the Board Menu.
3. Select Edit Board.
4. Make the necessary changes and Save.

Duplicate a Board: 1. Locate the board in My Boards. 2. Open the Board Menu.
3. Select Duplicate Board.
4. Enter a new Board Title (must be unique).
5. Set Board Visibility to either Private or Public.
6. Choose Duplicate to My Boards (or Duplicate & Edit to customise the new board).

Managing My Boards
Editing Boards from Within a Board: You can edit a board you’ve created from within the board view itself. This removes the need for you to navigate back to the library to make changes to your board.
The WIP Boards Library is where all available boards are displayed, organised into three sections:
1. My Boards
1. Locate the relevant column and select the Column Criteria icon at the top. 2. Update the column’s criteria as required. 3. Click Save and Apply to save your changes.

System boards cannot be edited or deleted, but they can be duplicated, allowing you to customise them for your own requirements.
The WIP Boards Library is where all available boards are displayed, organised into three sections:
Workshop & Offsite Jobs – shows all jobs split out by:
- No Parts
- Parts on Order
- Parts Available
Chargeable, Warranty & PDI Internal Jobs – shows all jobs split out by:
- Jobs Not Started
- Jobs Started

Duplicate a System Board: 1. Locate the System Board in the WIP Boards Library. 2. Open the Board Menu.
3. Select Duplicate Board.

Note: When duplicating a Shared Board, it will appear in My Boards, where you can edit it without affecting the original Shared Board.
