Accessing WIP Boards

Click on the sections below to learn how to access and navigate your WIP Boards:

1. Log into the Portal. 2. From the navigation menu, select Workshop. 3. Then, select WIP Boards. 4. This opens the WIP Boards Library, where all the available boards are stored.

Switching Between Boards

Click on the sections below to learn how to access and navigate your WIP Boards:

1. Locate and select a different board from the Tabs list on top of the board. 2. The board view will automatically update to show the selected board.

Note: Any Quick Filters applied to boards will be cleared when navigating to another board.

Changing Depots

Click on the sections below to learn how to access and navigate your WIP Boards:

1. Select the Depot dropdown menu from the top navigation bar and choose the Depot to view. 2. To view jobs across all depots, toggle the depot selection to All Depots. 3. When the depot changes, the Job Counts on the board update automatically.
