The IT team will review the ticket to determine if there were sufficient security measures in place
Where appropriate the IT team will escalate this to the Legal & Compliance team, for example:
A decision needs to be made and approval is required
Data may have been lost and a breach has occurred
If the incident is determined to be a data breach (and only the Legal & Compliance team can make this determination) we will put an action plan in place and notify those involved in the resolution
