In alignment with the One PL Global strategy, PL Re is implementing Coupa, a new procure-to-pay solution designed to streamline supplier onboarding and enhance the efficiency of invoice processing.

Description

The end state will deliver a globally consistent, streamlined end-to-end (E2E) process across PL Re and PL, utilising Coupa to manage the workflow, bringing automation where possible and increased accountability and visibility to teams cross-functionally. Robust integration of existing systems will result in seamless processing, increased accuracy and a single source of truth for data. This will support the deployment of an enhanced day-to-day user experience and improved efficiency across the procurement and finance functions by removing manual intervention where possible, whilst delivering a scalable and systemised framework for the wider business.
