VARK learning styles are a concept developed by Neil Fleming in the 1980s to help students and educators understand different learning preferences. The acronym VARK stands for Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing, and Kinesthetic, representing four types of learning preferences. This model suggests that learners have preferences for how they receive and process information, and understanding these preferences can enhance their learning experience
