Receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation (confession)
Only purchase necessities
Help friends and neighbors with things they need
Visit a nursing home (and bring your kids!)
Volunteer with charities, soup kitchen, etc.
Learn a new prayer (Recommendations include The Angelus, Guardian Angel, Prayer to St. Michael and Memorare)
Pray the Liturgy of the Hours (a good place to start is with Morning and/or Evening Prayer)
Restrict caffeine, sugar, junk food, fast food, etc. (most unhealthy food)
