Royal Road discovers Copper-Gold porphry system
In December 2021, Royal Road announced drill results from it's drill campaign at GAM project which uncovered the potential for a porphry Copper-Gold system. Drillhole GUI-012 highlighted that this system could extend over to a neighbouring application, Chuscalita. This meant beginning the process of converting Chuscalita to a title... and also making a deal with the application holders in order to test the theory.

Drilling stops at GAM Project
In 2022, Colombia implemented a review of the mining and energy sectors, suspending license grants whilst it reconsidered legislation— part of a broader attempt to reshape how the country managed its natural resources after the peace agreement. This meant the Company awaited the formal grant of the Chuscalita title before initiating drilling activities
Royal Road Joint Ventures with Mineros S.A
In March 2020, Royal Road announced that it entered into a definitive strategic alliance agreement with Mineros S.A.

In January 2026, the Chuscalita mining application was granted and Royal Road paid the titleholders as part of an option agreement in order to begin drilling on the newly granted title.

2019 - RRM Purchases AGA Exploration Assets
In March 2019, Royal Road acquired Anglo-Gold-Ashanti's Colombian exploration company which holds over 215,000 hectares of applications and approximately 36,000 of titles. This includes:
