- PLCs is all about collaborating with educators with likeminded ideologies on learning (Ward, PLC)
- PLCs help teaching practices improve overtime and beneficial student outcomes (Smith, 2024).
- Data reveiw, collaberate, make a plan for change and see it through

New Hampshire education system, drastic underfunding in schools impacting rural and economically disadvantaged students (NHCJE, 2025) Offer routine in the classroom & the following Food Group Meetings Have a Quiet Area Brain Breaks Figet toys
Teir 2: Academic Intervention
Concentrating on 10 or more students of high-risk and involvement of school personnel, the school can reach up to 67% positive effect (PBIS, 2026) Offer routine in the classroom & the following Project-Base Learning (PBL) Exit Tickets Centers
