Genially exists to solve real problems and generate impact outside the organization. We help our clients and partners achieve their goals through our main services and products. Our work reaches real people and produces visible results.
How we work
Clear collaboration and communication are fundamental for us. We share information in a transparent manner, value constructive feedback, and see mistakes as opportunities for learning and continuous improvement. We work in an iterative way, constantly reviewing processes and results to evolve and improve.
In our daily work, we foster a work environment based on trust and individual responsibility. We believe autonomy is key for each person to organize their work, make decisions, and propose improvements from their own role. This allows us to move forward with agility, adapt to changes, and maintain a high level of engagement in the projects we develop.

Values help us prioritize, understand how we expect actions to be taken, and maintain a consistent way of working, even in contexts of change or pressure. In practice, this means that values are reflected in how we collaborate, how we give feedback, how we take responsibility, and how we face mistakes. It's not about doing everything perfectly, but about acting honestly, responsibly, and aligned with what we stand for as a team. When doubts arise, values do not close the debate: they open it and make it clearer.

You will meet people, understand processes and start contributing.
In your first days, you will meet key people, understand how processes work, and start getting involved in real tasks. You won't be watching from outside: you'll be part of it from the beginning. You don't need to master everything immediately. The goal is to understand the context, ask questions, and start contributing step by step. The important thing is not speed, but making progress with purpose.
