Cultural values play a significant role in shaping educational experiences and outcomes for students. Defined as the shared beliefs, practices, symbols, and norms within a society, cultural values influence how individuals perceive and engage with learning environments. In diverse classrooms, educators face the challenge of addressing cultural mismatches, where the values of students' home cultures differ from those of mainstream educational settings. This can lead to disparities in academic achievement, particularly for minority students.

- Reflect on one's cultural lens Culturally Responsive Educators (CREs) are reflective about their own group memberships that may be based on race, ethnicity, social class, and/or gender. But if they do they can also do it with the help of their parent or guardian. There can be wprk that this about thier family and they can wprk as a family.
Offer Flexible Assignments: Allow students to showcase their knowledge in various ways (a verbal presentation, a poster, or a written report). This allows students with lower academic readiness to succeed while allowing higher-achieving students to excel
