A one-of-kind barbecue event where SGYA will invite church members, family, and friends to taste delicious ready-made food and participate in table games/activities. Discuss how many games and what type of games/activities.
02.
For this event, we want to accept donations from parents to help support us moving forward.
03.
Being that we are planning to host this during the springtime, we have to come up with a day and time and get it approved by Aunty Semra.
BBQ Food list
Create a traditional list of items for the bbq event and see which youth is willing to cook.

Consider materials for purchase: - Disposable Plate Containers - Napkins - Utensils

Gather the youth to head downstairs accordingly for the Youth meeting. Each Eboard member take position in the room to gauge what is to be said in the meeting.
grab food and head downstairs
Eboard members make sure to setup individual stations with agenda, device, and writing utensils. Each person is responsible for their role: - President: Leads discussion by reading agenda, conducting check-ins with Eboard and youth, and take notes. - Vice President: Co-leads discussion and asks the youth questions. Secretary: Will take constructive notes on what is being said and will create a list of food, dessert, and drink items. Treasurer: Will initiate the conversation on how the fundraiser element will best fit into the event. He will also propose a desired amount to make from the event.
