Ok, let's talk outfits - because everyone wants to feel comfortable and confident from day one ... We encourage individuality and personality within our teams but it’s also important to reflect the brand. We want our teams to dress professionally and to show love and care for the items they wear at work. If you've got something from one of our collections, past or present, that's great but not to worry if you don't! If you want to wear clothing from another retailer, then just make sure you consider the outfit you wear and whether it fits with the Oliver Bonas company image. Clothing should also not display logos or slogans of other brands. If in doubt, don’t wear it. And remember, it still needs to be clean, ironed and well-presented. We ask that you don't wear any of the following - - Ripped jeans
- Snow or Ugg boots
- High heels
- If you're doing a delivery, avoid wearing open-toed sandals

Grateful for your Greatness (GFYG)
Throughout your four-month induction period you will meet other Store Managers and team members who will support your training and development. To say thank you and to show appreciation for this support, you have an opportunity to give out GFYG vouchers which can then be exchanged for retail vouchers via our partner, Pluxee. It's great to be able to show your appreciation for others along your induction journey, so take some time to think about who those key people you want to acknowledge are.
GFYG Policy
Now that you’ve got the essentials, it’s time to jump in and start exploring your new role.
We're so excited to have you with us.
So, you're a new Store Manager at Oliver Bonas.
