In some cases it has been said that the process of switching agencies and developing a new partnership takes up to two years (Michell & Sanders, 1995)
Across each stage, the most critical factor was the human relationship, the partnership. Strong relationships are built on trust, rapport, and comfort between agency and client teams. Every interaction matters, it either strengthens or weakens that relationship.
