Crear una comunidad internacional dinámica dedicada al intercambio de conocimientos, la tutoría y la colaboración.

¿Por qué es Importante este proyecto?
Líderes actuales se enfrentan a retos complejos e interrelacionados, desde el cambio climático y la desigualdad hasta la rápida transformación social. LEAD+ contribuye a formar a una nueva generación de líderes capaces de lidiar con la incertidumbre, aceptar la diversidad e impulsar un cambio positivo mediante un liderazgo adaptativo y la colaboración transfronteriza en toda Europa.
