1. The company values their humans resources and tries hard to keep them motivated. The company looks for people that are passionate, motivated, creative, open-minded, and with problem-solving skils. 2. The company chooses new employees starting from their cVs, then they check their portfolio and interview them also we the whole team. Candidates are also asked to make small project to undesrand if the person as the right attitude and if they are motivated. 3. The company rewards employees offering training experiences. 1. The first stage in the process of hiring new staff is the analysis of the CV followed by an interview. If the candidates have the required qualifications, mainly the technical skills that the company needs, they are initially hired as interns and, if they work well, are subsequently confirmed. 2. Yes, the company offers training courses for its employees. Extra-work courses are often attended in groups. If they are online, they can be taken from home. 3. The company boasts a stable staff which means that it offers good working conditions and the employees are satisfied.

1. They have a health insurance, employees have free assistance by doctors. The computer screens are made in a way that allows to protect sight. There are ergonomic chairs. 2. Cloud provide, google workspace, microsoft copilot and sowfter. Most of the customers are italian but they also have customers from all over the world. 3. They foster collaboration and comunication. Through dialogue they manage to avoid conflicts among employees and reduce stress factors.
