Remove all furniture and area rugs from 1,300-sq.-ft. floor area. Sand existing hardwood floors using drum sander and edger to bare wood, removing old finish, scratches, and surface damage. Vacuum and tack-cloth entire surface to eliminate dust. Apply two coats of stain in customer-selected color, allowing full dry time between coats. Finish with three coats of oil-modified polyurethane for a durable, protective topcoat, sanding lightly between each coat.
