1. place babies on their back to sleep. 2. Place the baby's crib in your room, but not in your bed. 3. keep the baby's crib empty! No toys, No blankets, No pillows, No Bumper pads! 4. Keep the room at a comfortable temperature and do not overdress your baby. 5. have your baby sleep on a hard and flat surface, no incline or pillows!
