Ensure deposit invoices as ready for suppliers. Match latest supplier costs to final invoices to protect margin.
Correct supplier information
Supplier invoices and itineraries (must be on itrvl Documents - renamed and classified for easy findings)
Cross-reference supplier itinerary against Jacada/itrvl itinerary. Must be identical.
Information on clients own arrangments
TDs must mark tasks as done.
Check and update hubspot details: travel/return dates, balance due dates, countries included, assigned DMCs
