Status Bar

You can see the current status of your dealer here and choose to activate or deactivate them. This controls their ability to submit applications to us. You also have the "Loans" link which let's you see all the applications submitted by this dealer.

Dealer Information

The first few lines of the profile page contain the dealer name and address. These items are transferred directly from the initial setup page you completed at www.lendbuzz.com

Account Owner

This is the Account Manager who signed up the dealer. If entered correctly during setup at www.lendbuzz.com(opens in a new tab), their name will appear automatically. All individuals listed in these fields will receive key dealer-related emails—including the Loan Summary Email Thread from Underwriting—ensuring visibility and alignment across the team.

Success Associate

This field will populate once a Dealership Success Associate (DSA) is assigned. A DSA is assigned after a dealership completes 3 deals in a month. All individuals listed in these fields will receive key dealer-related emails—including the Loan Summary Email Thread from Underwriting—ensuring visibility and alignment across the team.

Other Associates

This field should always include: The ASM/MDM & RSM, if applicable in your market and the Field Training Officer (for the first 6 months) All individuals listed in these fields will receive key dealer-related emails—including the Loan Summary Email Thread from Underwriting—ensuring visibility and alignment across the team.

Program Settings

Recourse Agreement: change to Enables (Always) only when signing up a dealer on recourse. Tier: leave on the Gold setting. All new dealers start on Gold. GPS Rules: leave as Default. Let the system handle the GPS fee. Franchise box: only check this box when signing up a Franchise dealer. Cash Income Allowed box: always leave this box unchecked. You will not be signing up dealers in this category. Title Float boxes: these fields will be auto populated once the dealer is activated. Leave as is for now.

Deal Preferences

Payment Type: leave as wire. Reserve Amount: (dealer fee) Independents: check this box and enter $750 for Non-Partnership dealers, $450 for Partnership dealers. Franchises: leave this box unchecked. Dealer Onboarding complete this step for you when the DA is signed and approved. All deals on an LNA cannot have a dealer fee. Auto Request Bank: leave on default SMS. The link to connect the bank account via PLAID will be sent to the client via text message. Apply GAP box: always check this box. The system will automatically include GAP when it is supposed to. Auto Send Docusign: leave this boxed checked. The system will send the client's contract via text message and email. Additional Funding Notice Recipients: you can add additional emails for funding notices here. For the dealer's accounting department or controller. By default only the "Owner" user will receive these emails.

Comission Settings

Skip the Commission section during activation. Independent dealers do not receive a flat—leave this section blank. Franchise dealers are eligible for a 2% flat (up to $1,250) on the net amount financed, but this is not paid on LNA deals. Leave this blank during setup. Once the Dealer Agreement is signed, Dealer Onboarding will complete this section. They will set the auto boost percentage to 2%, increasing the interest rate on franchise deals to cover the dealer’s flat.

Bank Accounts

Skip the Bank Account section during activation. Bank Account Information is required for Funding. This section must be completed for the dealer to receive funding. The Dealer Payment Authorization For Loan Funding, included in the onboarding package, contains all the necessary details to enter here. Each bank account added must be verified by Accounting to ensure funds are sent correctly. They will call the dealership contact listed on the form—make sure this person is aware and expecting the call. When you're ready for verification, email the account details to dealer-verification@lendbuzz.com

Onboarding Documents

Not needed for activcation Click each document slot (in blue font) to upload the correct file from your computer. Required Documents: License – License to operate a Dealership. Ownership – Dealership Proof of ownership (POO). W9 – Required for commission (2% flat) and VSC contract payouts. Contract – Signed, dated, and initialized Dealer Agreement (DA). Must match a name listed on the POO. Templates are available in Notion. Bank Statements – Independent dealers only. Last 6 months of bank statements (PDF format). Dealer Payment Authorization for Loan Funding– Completed form with a voided check or bank statement or proof of funds letter. Once all applicable documents are uploaded, email dealeronboarding@lendbuzz.com to request verification and complete the onboarding process.

Dealer Accounts

Dealer Portal User ManagementThis section lets you manage Dealer Portal users for the dealership. The first representative entered during initial signup at www.lendbuzz.com(opens in a new tab) will automatically appear as the Owner. You can use this section to:

  • Add or remove users
  • Edit contact information
  • Enable/disable access
  • Reset passwords
Note: Every user is added as a contact in Salesforce. Be sure to remove users no longer with the dealership. You can also add users without Dealer Portal access if they need to be tracked in Salesforce (e.g., Title Clerk or Controller).
