Come fare ?
Prima di tutto quando sblocchiamo il telefono ad esempio bisogna chiedersi il perchè lo stiamo per usare. Dopodichè bisogna disattivare tutte le notifiche futili di cui non abbiamo bisogno quotidianamente. Infine dato che molto spesso le icone delle app ci attraggono per i loro colori si può immpostare una modalità chiamata "scala di grigi" che rende l'interfaccia grafica meno appariscente ai nostri occhi
