• Peer to peer shift handovers (including operator to operator, shift leader to shift leader) ensure continuous alignment on work progress and key updates from each shift
• Key information from shift handovers is brought to daily PCT meetings, where all KPIs for the area are reviewed and actions plans are set for off-target metrics
• Issues that need support are brought to the department / Site Leadership Team (SLT) meetings
• Information flows clearly between meetings for continuity
• Teams stay engaged with structured handovers & follow-ups
