Affiliate Institutions (AI)
Sync OCP
A formal partnership between U.S. and Chinese institutions that supports a variety of academic collaborations and requires approval from China’s Ministry of Education. WU currently maintains two such collaborations: a joint double-degree program (4+0) and a joint institute that includes credit transfer into Westcliff programs. Both programs are delivered on-ground in China.
Westcliff programs offered on-ground or online in partnership with the affiliate institution. Students earn the same WU degree as those studying at a U.S. campus. Partners may also provide ancillary support services, including potential assistance with affiliate faculty identification.
Consist of groups of students enrolled in live, synchronous online Westcliff courses delivered at times aligned with their local time zones.
High school students may enroll in Westcliff online General Education (Integrative Studies) courses during their senior year, allowing them to reduce the time required to complete a bachelor’s degree.
