  • We’ve launched seven new Headcount Insights fields within the Company Dataset.
  • These fields expand Headcount Insights from static employee counts to deeper workforce intelligence, including turnover, tenure, and geographic growth trends.
  • The new fields include:
    • Employee turnover rate
    • Annualized employee turnover rate
    • Median employee tenure
    • Median tenure by role
    • Median tenure by level
    • 12 month employee growth rate by country
    • Affiliated entities employee count

"What am I getting?"

  • You're getting 7 new headcount insights fields that provide additional information on employee movement and retention.
  • Previously, headcount insights primarily focused on employee totals. With this release, we're expanding that view to include employee movement, retention, tenure, and geographic growth trends, helping you move beyond static headcount into a more complete picture of workforce health.
  • These fields are automatically included within the Company Premium and Company Comprehensive premium bundles, continuing our goal of adding incremental value to headcount insights each year based on customer feedback.

"What am I getting?"

  • You're getting 7 new headcount insights fields that provide additional information on employee movement and retention.
  • Previously, headcount insights primarily focused on employee totals. With this release, we're expanding that view to include employee movement, retention, tenure, and geographic growth trends, helping you move beyond static headcount into a more complete picture of workforce health.
  • These fields are automatically included within the Company Premium and Company Comprehensive premium bundles, continuing our goal of adding incremental value to headcount insights each year based on customer feedback.

  • As part of this release, we prioritized and addressed all open Headcount Insights feature requests that were broadly applicable and scalable as standard fields.
  • That said, there are a few types of request we did not include in this launch:
    • Aggregations that are very large or complex to standardize (such as employee count by country by month)
    • Highly niche requests that had limited user stories or upvotes, such as internal executive job changes
  • Separately, we also have a few ways to help you today:
    • Access to our Person Data: Headcount Insights is powered by summarized person-level work history data. If you need a tailored aggregation, expanding into our Person Dataset allows you to build and calculate exactly what you need for your use case.
    • Custom Delivery via Professional Services: For customers who prefer a turnkey solution, we offer Custom Insights through our Technical Services Team. We can scope and deliver custom aggregations in the format and structure that best fits your business needs.
  • Regardless of which direction you go, our Technical Services team will be there to support you to ensure that you are successful.
