Pra usar os telemóveis e computador de forma ergonomica, são: postura adequada, a justar a altura dos dipositivos, fazer pausas regulares e organização do espaço de trabalho (não ter nada a atrapalhar e a destrair).

Devemos ter sempre uma postura benevolente, ou seja ter algumas diligências caso contrário pode causar alguns proble mas de costas e não só.
