Soft skills, also known as power skills are common, essential or core skills. They can't be measured, are personal and are developed through experience. They are generally applicable to all professions. Some of the most common ones are: communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time managment, emotional intellegence, adaptability. But, we also know hard skills, which are needed in professions just as much as soft skills, but are a lot more diffrent. They are technical, measurable and can be kearned through theory. Examples of hard skills: data analysis, computer programming, graphic design.
