The most cost-effective way to enjoy the Rodeo is by getting dropped off and avoiding the parking situation. But if not, here are the ways to which you can arrive at the Rodeo!

Price depends on hours and demand.

During peak hours, which is usually from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., costs can range anywhere from $20 to $60+. The cost is also dependent on distance from the Rodeo. A full round trip can vary from $40 to $100+, although prices tend to be higher due to increased demand.

Total Cost?

Ground Tickets once bought are only good for one day. Adult tickets are $25 and Children tickets (3-12) are $10.With a Ground Ticket, you can stay at NRG Park for the entire duration of the day; which is 8 a.m. to midnight. If you purchase a grounds ticket, you will only have access to: NRG Park, NRG Arena, and NRG Center for the Carnival, shopping, livestock shows, and horse shows. * This ticket will not allow you admission to see or the concert performance.*

Ground ticket: $25 + Carnival Tickets: $1.25 x Number of rides/games desired = Total for entrance and 5-6 rides/games: ~$65

How much are Carnival tickets?

Carnival Tickets are bought separetly, a Ground Ticket does NOT COVER CARNIVAL RIDES OR GAMES. Each individual ticket for the carnival is $1.25, most rides and games require anywhere from 3-8 tickets ($3.75-$10).

There are three parking lots allotted for the Rodeo. Each costs $25, although they vary in walking distance to the NRG grounds. Parking purchases are entirely cashless.

One purchase lasts one full day which is opening to closing. (8 a.m. to midnight)

Tickets for concerts start at $35, from there, based on proximity to the stage, the price increases.

This pricing applies to all performances.

  • A concert ticket allows entry to the, rodeo, concert, and carnival grounds.
  • Concert tickets are bought separately either at the carnival ticket booth, or on the RODEOHOUSTON app.
  • The carnival tickets for rides and games are $1.25, rides average 4-8 tickets.
