I will be writing about Martin Luther King Jr. MLK had a dream, he made a speech about his dream. His iconic "I Have a Dream" speech was delivered on august 28, 1963 during the march on Washington for jobs and freedom. this was a pivotal moment in the American civil rights movement drawing over 250,000 supporters Lincon Memorial in Washington D.C. The themes of his dream were Equality, justice, unity, brotherhood, freedom, opportunity, faith and perseverance, impact, legacy. As early as the mid-1950s, Martin Luther King Jr. had received death threats because of his prominence in the civil rights movement had death threats sent to him was later assassinated on April 4th, 1968 .

Leon Thomas III started his career as an actor at 8. He started as Tyrone in backyardigans at 8, then in the lion king he played as young Simba at the age of 10, he starred in the show victorious as Andre Harris in 2010-2013 with a friend Ariana Grande. He launched his first song in 2013, he was born on August 1 st , 1993 and now is 32. He was born in Brooklyn, NY. He gained fame for his role as Andre Harris on Nickelodeon's Victorious and appeared in the icarly crossover episode "iParty with Victorious." After his acting career he became a musical artist one of his famous songs are Mutt in 2024. In 2025 he got a BET award for best new artist. In victorious he sang songs and in backyardigans. ‘’Leon Thomas III has made significant contributions to Black culture through his music and acting. He began his career as a child actor on Broadway and gained fame for his role as André Harris in the Nickelodeon series "Victorious." His music career has seen him release solo albums and produce for artists like Ariana Grande and SZA. Thomas's work has been recognized with Grammy nominations and Billboard's Chartbreaker recognition, highlighting his impact on contemporary R&B music. His performances and contributions to Black culture continue to inspire and influence,’’ from a Wikipedia. He had other famous friends that he acted with in victorious Ariana Grande, Victoria Justice, Daniella Monet and some others. Leon Thomas had a big impact on children from backyardigans all the way to his singing for Adults.
