Going Forward
1 Unprompted SRR per staff member per week (as a minimum) should be very easily achievable. 1 per shift is doable with floorwalking being effectively used and keeps track of regulars behaviour. Unprompted interactions for an 8 week period shown in chart. Make the SRR good quality too - these are important and protect the license of your shops.
