1.) Connect with each other and practice in the studio. 2.) Reach out to employees to practice teach. Some ways to do this:
- when you take a session, ask the Pilates Educator if they know of any employees that might be interested in having you teach them
- introduce yourself to the Front Desk, Spa, or Shop employees when you're at the club
- introduce yourself to the other Pilates instructors at that location
- Set a goal to recruit two employees to practice teach regularly
