Master Ethical Sales

Here you'll be learning what goes in to making an irresistable offer, something that people want to buy, you'll learn how to handle objections and help people come to a decision swiftly. You'll also learn how to deliver high converting sales events like discovery calls, or webinars and challenges to sell to large groups. By the end of this step, you’ll feel confident selling with integrity, using a process that converts without pressure or awkwardness.

Build Evidence-Based Foundations

This is your market research, analysis and competitor research phase. By the end of this step, you’ll have identified your niche, know exactly who your ideal clients are, what they want (often different from what they need) and have vidence of demand, volume and that people will actually pay. Alltogether you'll know how to position your services for profitability.

Build Your Operational Structures

This is all about getting the supporting foundations in place. By the end of this step, you’ll have identified how you'll manage your time and finances as a business owner. You'll also have all of the essential systems, structure, and compliance in place to operate legally and professionally, while you grow your business.

Grow Your Audience Intentionally

Only once we know what you are selling and who wants to buy it do we start to build an audience. This avoids growing a following of non buyers. We'll look at what goes on your website, developing social media channels, and long form content like YouTube and podcasting... if thats your thing. By the end of this step, you’ll have a visibility plan that attracts the right people, without burning out or chasing algorithms.

Scale with Systems

Now you have data, you'll be making evidence based optimisations, bring in team members to free up your time and scaling with ads to increase profits. By the end of this step, you’ll be running your business like a CEO, with systems, data, and structure that support long-term growth and freedom.

Shift Your Professional Identity

This is all about mindset. By the end of this step, you’ll think and act like a confident business owner, not just a clinician, with clear boundaries and a mindset that supports growth. You'll have a clear vision for your business and have identified the values that you want your business to function by.

Design Your Sales Funnel

By the end of this step, you’ll have a simple, ethical funnel that nurtures trust and guides potential clients towards working with you. We'll start with a lead magnet and set up email sales sequences that take people from browser to buyer whilst getting them interested in your signature offer.

Create Your Core Offers

Running concurrently with step 4, you'll create both your low cost offer, any order bumps and upsells, and design your signature offers' unique methodology. By the end of this step, you’ll have a clear, structured offer suite that delivers results for clients and supports your income goals.

Plan for Sustainable Growth

This is all about your weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals and how you'll make plans to achieve them. By the end of this step, you’ll have a business plan that fits your life, with clear goals, metrics, and review rituals to stay on track.
