Eligibility
must acheive "Meets Expectations"
must have a private workspace
Employees working remotely will be held to the same work performance standards
all employees working remotely must be able to work
or meet at CFCU offices as requested by the employee’s manager
Remote Work Arrangement Options
temporary, such as working remotely for a particular short-term project
permanent basis such as working remotely to perform the overall responsibilities of the
employee’s job
Equipment
CFCU will determine, with information supplied by the employee and the manager, the
appropriate technical equipment needs (this may include hardware, software, phone, secure lock
bags etc.) for each remote working arrangement
All non-exempt employees working remotely are required to track all hours worked for the week
Working remotely is not designed to be a replacement for appropriate child care or care for a family member or dependent
