The Journey of a Little Drop

High in the snowy peaks of the Carpathian Mountains, a tiny drop of water was born, ready to begin her magical journey through rivers, valleys, clouds, and rain.

The little water drop reached the big river. She played with the silvery fish and jumped happily over the round rocks. Through tall fir trees and green valleys, she flows quickly towards her big adventure!

Caressed by the gentle rays of the sun, the small drop of water rose above the river and flew to a fluffy cloud, where it met thousands of other sister drops. Becoming heavy, the cloud shook and the drops jumped to the ground like a cool rain. The small drop landed on the colorful flowers, happy to have discovered the magic of the sky.

The little drop rested for a while on the soft petal of the flower.The sun gently warmed it, and the wind whispered stories about other wonderful places.Soon, the flower began to sway gently, and the drop rolled down the leaf and fell back to the ground. From there, it slipped between the blades of grass and reached a small, clear stream.

The stream carried the little drop along, past shining stones and whispering reeds, until it joined a wide, steady river. Flowing south, it traveled with many others, growing braver as the air turned warm and salty.

The little drop arrived in Greece and stopped for a moment to water an olive tree and the soil around it. The olive tree was happy to meet the little drop because it brought coolness and life. After a while, the drop had to continue its journey to reach the sea, so it said goodbye to the olive tree, a little sad to leave its new friend.
