  • Problem-Solver Mindset: You think like an engineer and act as a user. You have a sharp eye for detail and high standards for UI/UX.
  • Core Stack: Expert proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js. Strong foundations in modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • AI-First Attitude: You use AI tools daily to stay agile and are eager to explore their potential through API integrations.
  • Developer Workflow: Comfortable with Docker, Git, and core AWS services (S3, CloudFront, Lambda).
  • Growth Mindset: A fast learner who thrives on feedback and loves experimenting with new tech.
  • Bonus Points
    • Experience with REST APIs.
    • Knowledge of Web Performance and SEO.
    • Previous experience in fast-paced startup environments.
    • Interest in AI-driven features (context, embeddings, or RAG).

Responsibilities
  • Build & Ship: Build and maintain our websites, landing pages, and web apps, building clean, efficient code in JavaScript. Develop high-performance websites and apps from wireframes to production.
  • Product Engineering: Turn design ideas and wireframes into responsive, user-friendly pages. Don't just close tickets—understand the "why." Collaborate with designers and senior developers to ship new features and propose technical solutions that improve UX and drive the product forward.
  • AI Integration: Experiment with and implement AI tools to automate internal workflows and build smarter product features.
  • Infrastructure & Health: Deploy and maintain services on AWS, ensuring code quality, scalability, and cross-browser stability.
