Monitor vital signs & ECG, admin electrolyte replacement, assess renal output, ensure IV access, increase electrolyte in diet.

Admin IV slowly and diluted, Monitor IV site, monitor Vitamin D, parathyroid & serum protein levels

Admin IV fluids, Measure I's & O's, Monitor lab values & neuro status, ensure adequate breast milk
Admin IV fluids w/ appropriate saline concentration, Monitor fluid intake and output.
