Authenticity – A record is to be preserved without alteration that could impair its use as an ‘Authentic’ record Accuracy – The account needs to be a true reflection of what has been agreed, discussed or shared Complete – Any record kept must be fully complete as soon as possible. Time may need to be allocated to ensure this Comprehensive – Records are to include all elements or aspects of the information we know
Compliant – Records are to meet all agreed rules and regulations, following company policy & the law
Effective – Records are to be maintained for a specific reason and the information held must meet those purposes
Secure – All records are to be kept safe, following GDPR regulations, ensuring personal details are safe & secure
