Recruitment starts by adding the job to Bullhorn as soon as it is received
Requirement Overview
Recruiters gather and manage the details of job openings
EDIT
This includes adding their name to the "Recruiter" and "Published Contact" fields, ensuring that the correct contact information is displayed.
Job Descriptions
If available, Job Description should be added to the requirement record under "files", and "body".
Recruiters should utilize the Job Description - Attraction Base template to customize job descriptions

USE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL JOB BOARD SEARCHES TO IDENTIFY THOSE WHO FIT THE JOB CRITERIA

Accurate Data Entry
Merge Duplicate records to maintain a clean database
Recruitment Process
- Add to Shortlist
- Conduct Call and log as note
- Invite to Airswift Digital
Formatting and Submitting CVs
Recruiters must ensure that candidates’ CVs are formatted according to Airswift standards before submission. Then uploading the CV to the candidate's Bullhorn profile. Submissions must be logged accurately in Bullhorn.
Interview Process
Once there is an interview request, Recruiter must inform candidate, confirm availability and update the Candidate’s submission status to Interview in the system.
Arrange an interview preparation call and log as a "Candidate Call.
Arrange an interview debrief call and log as a "Candidate Call".
Offer Management
Once notified of an offer, the Recruiter must call the Candidate to extend the offer. Confirm essential offer details Log the outcome of the call in Bullhorn, whether the Candidate accepts or declines the offer.
