  • Report under Reports > District Reports will show you the count of students by site and program for your selected term (Fall, Winter, Summer, Full Year).
  • One note to consider: If you have courses set up as Full Year (Co-Enrolled, APPR, CTE, etc.), those counts will only show up when Full Year is selected in the dropdown.
  • This will show you a breakdown of the number of students at each school with each fee status (Fee Required, Waived, Exempt, etc.) for the selected term.
  • You can choose to see the data for students scheduled into classes with a Fall, Winter, Summer, or Full Year term.

The Device Tracking module houses several tools to simplify device management and tracking. It will allow you to:

  • Provide an accurate asset inventory to the Accounting Department.
