The same general five-step workflow is used to create all views.

Sort, Group, and Total

Adjust Formatting

Add Filters

Show/Hide Columns

Save the View

to determine how rows are sorted and to add groups, row counts, subtotals, and grand totals

to determine what data is displayed for each record, and the order from left to right of the selected columns
